Attention Flash Mobbers

On Sunday April 25th, we are planning a surprise flash mob at noon at Yonge and Dundas Square, Toronto, Ontario (Directions below).

In order to participate you will need to buy, and bring, a bottle of soap bubbles. These are easily bought at your local dollar store or toy store.

On Sunday, April 25th:

  • Synchronize your watch or cell phone at this website.

  • Arrive at Yonge & Dundas Square at least 15 minutes before noon and go about your business.

  • At NOON you will hear a whistle. STOP wherever you are, whatever you're doing, and start blowing your bubbles. Don't stop blowing bubbles until you hear the whistle blow again, from 1-3 minutes. Do not talk to or engage anyone during the bubble blowing period.

  • Take a brochure or two from a member of the PAAO team (for yourself and to hand out) and continue about your business.
This event is being put together in honour of Parental Alienation Awareness Day, which raises awareness about mental and emotional child abuse.

The bubbles represent LOVE and how love takes us higher. Just like bubbles, love cannot, and should not be contained!

Yonge & Dundas Square is in the heart of downtown Toronto on the South-East corner of Yonge and Dundas Streets!

TTC:

A 250-car parking garage is located underneath the Square. Additional parking is also available in the vicinity at the Eaton Centre, Atrium, and Ryerson University garages.
